What Are Values and Why Are They Important?
Life is never black and white. We experience many ups and downs along our journey. When navigating life, it can feel scary or confusing at times. Whether pressure, change or reflection prompts you to pay attention to your feelings, feeling disconnected or unsure of what truly satisfies us - just doesn't feel good. As humans sometimes to recognize and form joy, we need to feel more connected to our purpose. Regardless as to what leads us to these feelings, our values serve as the compass that guides us through these waves of life.
