As an HR leader with 20 years experience, Brian Ford currently serves as a senior HR Leader for the University of Virginia (UVA). 

Prior to joining UVA, Brian led the Employee Experience function for the Eastern US region at VMLY&R. In this capacity, he and his team drove culture, talent management and the overall employee experience for offices such as New York, Atlanta & Miami. 

Brian was also Chief People Officer at Fusion Media Group and has held senior leadership roles within Ogilvy, LG Electronics, and Mercedes-Benz USA. 

As a native of Washington, D.C., he received his B.A. in Journalism from University of Maryland, M.B.A from Dowling College and HR Certification from Cornell University. Brian currently resides in Virginia with his wife and 2 daughters.
