1: Be introspective
Check in on you! Consider the difference with feelings, emotions and moods. Moods might need checking into but feelings and emotions are natural. Be curious about your ‘why.’ What is moving you? Why do you feel this way or that way? Own your feelings, name them. Allow yourself grace.
2: Assess Your Values and lean into Congruence
Dig deep, try to be in tune with you. Aim to understand what emotions, needs, and feelings run through you. Whats important now, versus next week.
3: Set Goals with a Start/Middle/End
Think through your start, middle, end. Goals don’t and shouldn’t run on forever. Set timeframes that don’t feel overwhelming and where you can truly measure and achieve success. Id recommend 1–2years. Its ok if you have a longer range plan but short goals or milestones are the way I choose to go! And then smash those goals and repeat.
4: Be Gentle, Head High, Spirit Up!
Now what this does not mean is that your day will go perfectly and you will have no challenges. This means you work towards maintaining a positive spirit and recognize that life is so much bigger than whatever you are experiencing. Of course like all things, there are some exceptions that apply but for the most part — think positive. Positive thinking yields more positive response from the universe around you.
5: Find Joy!
What makes you smile until your cheeks hurt, laugh until your belly aches or just gives you the feeling of being full without eating. Try to create space for more of it!
6: Re-energize
Have you secured time for you to unwind, meditate, or refresh your wardobe. How can you fuel your core to be ready for the greatness you will manifest?
